Great stay with comfy vibes

We stayed for 1 night in a Queen Room, and it was pretty chill. The room was clean, and the open wifi made things easy. The front desk clerk was super nice, even apologized for a mix-up. Just a heads up, the pet fee kinda stings, especially if you end up paying it multiple times!

The pool area was nice and the location was marvellous and convenient, right by Columbia with a higher rating, turnpike and pizza restaurant. The room was reasonably large and brand-new on both cards.

No elevator.

Indoor pool, proximity to major routes, pet-friendly environment

Cleanliness in common areas needs attention!!! Parking capacity should accommodate busy nights better!!! Inefficient communication during check-in may cause frustration!!!

Breakfast wasn't too impressive & when ice water was requested, I was told there was an ice machine & water fountain down the hall!

Overall had really enjoyable stay in that town. We stayed in an a double room complete with a sofa, shower and 1 king sized bed.

Wi-Fi was decent, but the room smelled musty and the bathtub was dirty.

Ok so dont forget anything in the room coz u cant get it back

Target audience beware of unpleasant odors

Check-in was surprisingly easy and the staff were quite friendly-not like in the old days, you know. The room was quiet enough to think, but that smell in the carpet? Just too much to bear.

It wasn't cheap, but I guess it was still tolerable after all.

The staff and the locale - convenience

There was no room for us at breakfast.

Room smelt like smoke, called the front desk and nothing was done about it. I am pregnant and specifically booked a non-smoking room and not happy about it.

All fine, but breakfast variety

Price was OK until I realized I could have spent $20 more a night for a far better hotel. Room was somewhat quiet. After realizing something was amiss with my billing, the checkout clerk did his best to fix the problem, but I was billed three times on credit card and had to deal with transaction pending for next 3 days. Management finally got it fixed...I think and comped my room.

Rooms were not really clean; one towel was dirty upon arrival; hallways smelled of smoke; no elevator; toilet was leaky; did not realize how hard it was to get in and out of parking lot; not enough parking - had to park in a non-spot.

Perfectly situated for exploring Columbia's best attractions

The hotel is just a short stroll away from Francis Quadrangle and Stephens Lake Park, making it super easy to enjoy the outdoors and local landmarks while being conveniently close to I-70 for easy access to the whole city; the parking was hassle-free and the room itself was nicely appointed and very clean with comfy beds, a fridge, and a microwave to make your stay even sweeter, but the bathroom could use some minor updates like fixing the bathtub scratches.
